You're Dead. Now What?

Clark Lammers, Esq. provides compassionate and reasonable family law and estate planning services to clients in the greater Santa Barbara area. Family law services range from adoption and paternity to marital dissolution (divorce) and associated issues, including property division, custody, and child and spousal support. Estate planning services include the preparation of wills, trusts, and related items.

Prior to starting his own practice, Mr. Lammers practiced civil litigation in San Francisco, California, where he gained broad experience defending corporate clients at the firm Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker, as well as prosecuting personal injury and insurance coverage disputes at the boutique firm Guy Kornblum & Associates.

Mr. Lammers graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 2004, where he majored in Political Science and History. Mr. Lammers earned his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2007.
